The Anzali Free Zone Aquarium Tourism and Recreation Complex, while welcoming esteemed visitors, kindly requests you to carefully read the following guidelines and adhere to them during your visit, in order to respect the country’s laws, uphold citizens’ rights, and maintain the dignity of all tourists and staff
1. Please ensure the accuracy of your purchase when buying tickets, either in-person or online, as once issued in the system, ticket costs cannot be refunded, even partially.
2.Maintaining Islamic decorum and appropriate attire (for both men and women) is mandatory at all times for entry into the complex and use of its facilities.
3. Pets of any kind (dogs, cats, birds, etc. even in special carriers, are not allowed.
4. Strollers and wheelchairsare permitted in the complex.
5. of all aquariums and fish are allowed, provided that the camera flash is turned off (camera flash can seriously harm aquatic life).
6. Please refrain from eating or drinking any food or beverages throughout the entire visit.
7. Do not feed any food or drinks to the aquatic animals in open aquariums, as this can seriously endanger their lives.
8. Avoid placing your hand in the open aquariums or attempting to touch the fish. This can not only jeopardize the fish’s health but also pose risks to personal safety.
9. If damages occur due to noncompliance with the guidelines and conditions, or lack of caution and diligence during the visit or use of the equipment, devices, or items available in the complex, the responsibility for compensation lies with the individual.
